Grade 12 + Code 08 driver’s license essential
Qualified trade tested technician with at least five years appropriate experience in HVAC+R.
Strong oral and written communication skills including proficiency in word, excel and PowerPoint.
Motivational skills, result orientated, employee training experience.
Self-motivated with customer service skills digitally, telephonically and ability to work in CRMS.
Knowledgeable in construction and general building industry practices
DUTIES
Support and assist the Technical Manager in all daily operations within this department
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Manage technical inventories and stock
Communicate accurately with daily/weekly tasks and feedback
Undertake occasional site and product inspections
Compiling of accurate databases
Dealing with training and customisation of product and technical information
General administration duties
Salary: Dependent on experience plus Medical Aid and Pension
