SUMMARY:
Lead and co-ordinate resources within the Tool room to ensure all tooling are produced and maintained efficiently, on time and in line with quality standards ensuring that Health, Safety and environmental requirements are adhered to.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric with math and science.

Qualified Tool, Jig and Die Maker.

Relevant technical qualification.

Proficient in Solid works and Mastercam design software.

At least 5 years previous Management / Supervisor experience.

Minimum 10 years post qualifying experience

Experience of plastic injection mould design.

Understanding of TS16949, ISO9001 & ISO 14001 Quality systems.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience of plastic injection mould design, CAD-CAM, CNC programing, advanced milling and wire cut, plastic injection moulding processes and hot runner systems.
