POSITION INFO:

Maintain and modify tools, jigs and dies to ensure cutomer and company quality standards are met.

Key Performance Areas:

• Manufacture, repair, maintain and modify tools, jigs and dies to customer and company requirement.

Knowledge & Skills required:

• Certified Toolmaker
• Toolmaker techniques (Die spoting, Polish and understanding of material flow)
• Tool, die and jig repair and maintenance (SKIN PANNEL IN PARTICULAR)
• Communication & decision making
• Experience in metal and alluminium pressings within the automotive industry
• Knowledge in different cam units (Pheumatic/Mechanical and Hydraulic)
• General machining knowledge (Milling/drilling/Grinding/Turning)
• Tig Welding Experience
