SUMMARY:
Our International client in the automotive component sector requires an experienced, qualified Toolmaker

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Trade tested and qualified Tool , Jig and die maker or Press Toolmaker ( Red Seal )
Minimum 5 to 8 years post qualification experience in Automotive industry
Able to work without supervision
Able to work under continuous pressure and keep breakdowns to an absolute minimum.
Excellent attendance and time keeping record.
Have very good / excellent machining skills using all conventional workshop metal working machines, such as - centre lathes, milling machines, surface grinder, tool and cutter grinder etc
Good welding skills - arc, co2 and Acetylene/oxygen gas and soft soldering incl brazing.
Willing and Able to work overtime as and when required and at short notice
Good , reliable own transport
Exceptional hand skills
Team player
Own tools
Knowledge of projection / resistance welding advantageous
