Tool, Jig & Die Maker - Killarney Gardens - R110 per-hour

Requirements:

• 3-4 years’ experience as Tool, Jig & Die Maker
• Driver’s License compulsory – Code 10(PDP)
• Must be able to Travel
• Able to work on site and interact with customers

Experience:

• Able to implement any necessary modification and repairs
• Assembling, fitting and repair of Equipment build
• Able to work from Engineering drawings to measure and mark the design for a part.
• Ability to use hand tools such as files, hacksaws, grinders etc.
• Ability to use machinery such as Lathes, milling machines, cutter grinders to cut and shape or form tools or parts.
• Use precision measurement instruments such as micrometers, gauges, clocks, Vernier calipers etc.
• Check parts and /or tools dimensions according to drawing tolerances
• Attending to machine breakdowns to identify the root cause and solve the problem.
• Ability to work at fine tolerances
• Able to do Welding – Tig, Arc, Mig
