SUMMARY:
Well established company within the Information Technology Industry is looking for a Tier 1 Service Desk Agent to work remotely

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

  • Matric and any qualification would be preferred 
  • A+ and N+ Qualification 
  • Min 2 years experience as a customer service agent or similar 
  • Experience assisting end users with applications, software and integrations 
  • Excellent communications skills and fluency in English 
  • Experience working with Network routing and troubleshooting, PC, Log files, Ticketing systems, etc. 
  • Must have own reliable computer with a stable connection 
  • Must be able to work remotely without supervision
