SUMMARY:
Theatre Unit Manager urgently required by my client in Durban

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A vacancy exists for a seasoned Theatre Unit Manager in one of the private hospitals in Durban.

Requirements:
 Degree or Diploma in nursing
 Post basic qualification in Operating Room Nursing - compulsory
 Current registration with SANC
 A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Theatre
 Proven leadership and people management skill would be an advantage
 Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial and chain management principles

 Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
 Computer proficiency
 Driver’s license and ability to travel
