Theatre RN - Scrub Nurse
POSITION INFO:
A well reputed Day Theatre Hospital requires the services of a RN - Scrub Nurse, the suitable candidate must be able to practice within your scope of practice as a Registered Nurse. Be competent to teach junior staff as well as Ability to lead and supervise staff.
The candidate must be able to adhere to the Hospital’s Policies and Regulations. Attend to patient within the theatre, must have sound knowledge in scrubbing for multiple disciplines. Must possess excellent inter-personal skills. Good interpersonal skills with doctors, patients and colleagues is essential.
Requirements
• Must be registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferably have two or more years of experience as a Scrub Nurse.
• Preferably have a midwifery qualification.
• Must be either Theatre trained or experienced.
• Must be computer literate – MS Word and Excel
