SUMMARY:

Specialist international design company in Centurion wants to employ a Test Manager (part of the Operations Management Team) willing to work in the testing department.

POSITION INFO:

Position: Test Manager
Location: Centurion

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Ensure Quality standards are upheld
Liaise with production around their schedule to ensure testing timelines allow for quality delivered on time to customers
Ensure in-line Quality control functions are performed as per Assembly Instructions (AI)
Assist with Problem detection, identification on the production floor as required
Assist with supplier quality issues
Responsible for daily planning and execution of items to be tested
Assist in carrying out customer related quality requirements
Assist with non-conformances from production and customers
Testing and evaluation of antennas, as per Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP)
Completion of relevant test documentation and Data gathering process
Uphold and improve the testing procedures, saving of relevant data and general housekeeping and planning
Create, maintain, improve and calibrate test equipment as and when necessary
Assisting with fault analyzing and fault resolution
Make recommendations for process/product improvement based on test results and experience
Improve repeatability of test procedures is available for final inspection and release to increase reliability of our products
Ensure all testing documentation required is available for final inspection and release
Innovate and improve the testing procedures to improve the overall efficiency and quality of company test procedures
Take ownership of all testing related activity within the company

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

National Diploma Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications and Radio Engineering)
10 years of working experience
Must have RF Experience
