Test Manager

SUMMARY:
Do you specialize in officially telling people that they are wrong? An exciting opportunity has opened, to assist with defining and managing processes within the retail software development environment. Your extensive skills in quality assurance, reduction of delivery risk and governance best practice is needed.

POSITION INFO:

You will be planning and coordinating test schedules on internal project initiatives whilst reviewing and analyzing test strategies and test plans

You will also use your great leadership skills to manage test resources whilst managing product and quality risks

Skills & Experience:

Experience with managing a team and driving team delivery

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Test Management or similar role

Detailed understanding of the software delivery life cycle and the role of quality control in each step

Strong project management and leadership skills

Qualification:

Relevant Business / Commerce Degree

Relevant Testing and Quality Control training/qualifications
