JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a Test Lead to join their team.

- 5 years+ in application testing, ideally cloud based solution and CRM

- Experience in managing testing analysts

- Understanding of Safe / agile delivery.

- Experience in automation testing tools – the bank is currently using Provar as an automated platform for testing

- Experience in reporting testing metrics, progress and improvements to the client

- Salesforce knowledge is a plus

- Manage a team of 4-6 tests analysts, implement the testing framework designed by the bank and support the delivery

- Hybrid (2 days a week at the bank in Jhb). Resource must be SA based
