JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leading bank in technology is seeking to employ a Test Lead.

Test Lead will be required to lead a testing portfolio and ensure effective use of testing resources through robust
strategies, plans and estimates. You will establish & improve testing processes to drive increased
quality and operational efficiency to reduced time-to-market.

Responsibilities:

Run the testing team within matrixed environment
Drive consistency in framework, standards and practices
Review and approve all test strategies and deliverables
Implement effective and efficient test processes and tools and use metrics to measure test
effectiveness
Leverage automation tools to improve efficiency
Manage vendor testing outcomes to the Bank’s quality expectations
Reduce leakage of defects into production
Develop and apply knowledge of the Bank’s risk appetite, policies & controls; use risk based
testing techniques

Qualifications:

Matric
An IT qualification is desirable (not essential)
