Test Lead

SUMMARY:
We are looking for Practice Lead - Test Engineering with a good automation testing background and software development. If you have good leadership skill, able to manage and get your hands dirty, definetely this opportunity is for you.

POSITION INFO:

• BSc. Computer Science, ISTQB, Certified Agile Practitioner
• Min. 5 Yrs. In Test Automation. Previous leadership/managerial experience is essential
• Coding Languages: Java, SQL (C#, Python and R would be advantageous)
• Frameworks: Selenium, Selenium Grid, TestNG, Maven, Appium, Extent
• DevOps Platforms: Jenkins, Azure DevOps having designed and implemented a continuous integration model for test automation.
• Tools: SOAP UI, Rest Assured, Postman, JMeter, Blaze Meter, JIRA, Trello, MS Azure, Jenkins, GitHub/Git
• SDLC and QA Lifecycle knowledge and experience.
• Project experience in test automation of web and mobile applications (mobi browser, native app and hybrid app).
• Comprehensive experience in UI test automation and API/Web Services test automation.
• Technical problem solver who is structured and process-oriented. Proven experience in implementing QA and Test Automation processes is essential.
• Comprehensive experience in Agile methodologies. Proven experience in design and implementation of Agile standards and practices.
• Strong coding and software engineering capabilities. Proven experience in design and implementation of test engineering standards and best practices.
• Domain knowledge and experience within Banking, Insurance and Financial Services is preferred.
• Effective communication skills. Proven experience in technical reporting at a Senior Management and C-Level is preferred.
