JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with electronic / electrical testing systems for product safety & quality verification.
Minimum 1 year leadership experience within production operations.
Bachelor Engineering Degree (Electronic Engineering or similar experience).
PBA and electrical systems expertise required.
Working knowledge of statistical methods and process capability, ability to apply statistical tools – Cpk, GR&R, tests for differences, etc.
Working knowledge of Quality improvement methods (pareto, root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D/DMAIC, etc).
Experience from telecom and/or energy products is a merit.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform test and verifications in accordance with production quality test plan.
Mechanical, electrical and computer driven test systems management.
Managing test systems performance, validity, and calibration in accordance with test release specifications.
Work closely with Failure Analysis & Repair Engineer to secure and improve seamless integration of the FMA&R and Test procedures.
Monitor, analyse and report product testing data trends for potential product or process quality failures following SPC practises.
Support development and improvement in QA, production systems & testing, including assessment of staff.
Ensure EHS, Security, MES & IMS policies and procedures compliance throughout the operations.
Feedback on procedures and issues towards the global Test Engineering department and other production sites.
Support and participate in internal and external audits procedures.
