POSITION INFO:
Test Engineer required for a company in Manchester.
This company are one of the top in the UK in their field, with a huge focus on customer experience. They genuinely look after their staff, investing in the technology side of the business (going through a whole rewrite of their platform) and offer great opportunities for career progression (if that''s what you are interested in!).
Because of all of the above, they are looking for someone to join their ''customer'' focused team, to carry out both manual and automated testing. Bonus points for any experience on the non-functional side of things (load, stress, performance etc.).
You''ll have some solid experience behind you and because of this, you''ll love to dig in and find out where the testing can be improved, and bring ideas and opinions to the table about how to do this and help see these through to fruition (which is pretty satisfying!).
You also have most of the following skills/experience:
**Have automation testing experience
**Performance testing
**Usability testing
**Agile
**Creating and maintaining a regression test pack
**Creating test plans, scenarios, scripts and documentation/reports
**Experience developing test strategies
Bonus skills/experience:
**CI/CD pipelines
**Cloud environment
**Business transformation programmes

As with most companies, the team are still working remotely, but are looking to introduce a hybrid working model so you can spend some time with your team in their stunning Manchester offices (based in the northern quarter).
Salary-wise, they can be pretty flexible, but are looking up to the £45,000 mark.
