We are looking for a talented and passionate self-starter to fulfil the role of Test Analyst across multiple Scrum teams. As the first dedicated Test Analyst, you will be expected to own and mature the test competency within the organisation.

Perform functional, exploratory, regression and performance testing
Perform pre- and post-release testing
Participate in go-live activities
Log, track and manage all defects in the system
Play an active role in supporting Customer Success team on production defects
Understand the business behind the software instead of blindly "testing the requirements"

Requirements:

2+ years'''''''' experience in software testing
A relevant IT degree or diploma
Experience working on an Agile Scrum team
Experience with Mobile, Web and API testing is advantageous
Experience with automation testing and tools is advantageous
Self-starter
