A well-establish, global, large equipment organisation is looking to a hire a Territory Customer Support Manager located in Nigeria. The Territory Customer Support Manager will be focused on building channels, providing technical support & building relationships with customers.

Duties:

Develop channels
Deliver technical training
Provide product support
Track competitors

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Degree in Engineering/ Business/ Marketing

Customer support experience for products/ parts/ services (1-3 years)

Factory experience essential

Global experience focused on product knowledge (1-3 years)

Ability to speak French is preferable
