POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a Tender Specialist to develop a comprehensive tender strategy that gives the company a competitive advantage in the market. To execute the strategic solution by undertaking and generating tenders and tender processes by coordinating with the stakeholders through analysing, producing, following up and tracking tenders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•             Evaluate tenders to determine viability

•             Applying a Strategic mind and entrepreneurial concept to tenders

•             Produce qualified tenders

•             Tender Feedback

•             Tender Reporting & Analysis

•             KPI Measurement & Monitoring

•             Tender Filing and maintain standard tender resources

•             Tender implementation

•             Quality Control

•             Develop the Tender desk Strategy

•             Support Pricing functions

•             Ad Hoc

Requirements and skills:

•             10+ years’ experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry

•             FIATA, Supply Chain or related qualification

•             Experience in freight forwarding pricing area (estimates, rates management, tender management)

•             Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - minimum level = Advanced (MS Excel)

Salary
