JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diplomas, Post Graduate Certificate or BTech in Marketing or related fields is a requirement
Skilled in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook

Requirements

2 Years' experience as Tender Officer or similar position
Prior knowledge in the preparation of tender documentation
Supervisory and management experience

Duties

Responsible for sourcing tender opportunities and compilation of tender documents effectively implementing the bid process by engaging the correct team of people both internal and external.
Study the tender documents and prepare submission documents
Prepare the tender costing documents and prepare a response time for the same
Ensure all the requirements of the tender documents are complied with and list out the noncompliance if any
Liaise with relevant departments to ascertain compliance and incorporate the data obtained in the Tender Costing
Attend the Technical Briefing meetings scheduled by the clients and prepare a formal response where needed
Provide assistance with the update of CVs, project sheets, project lists, marketing material and general support with the office management and administration.
Ensuring the development of winning bids with an appropriate solution, pricing model and delivery plan.
