SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Tender Coordinator within our Business Development Unit in our Midrand Office.

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Tender Coordinator within our Business Development Unit in our Midrand Office.

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s): • Check, source and fill tender documents on server • Prepare tender correspondence and enquiries • Prepare and maintain contracts with suppliers • Access and compile mandatory documents as required • Update daily and weekly status reports (incoming, outstanding, active and not tendering) • Manage, update and track the calendar to track closing dates, briefings and viewings • Prepare the required tender document template • Prepare tender packs in accordance with specifications and requirements  • Analyse tender information and providing a summary of tender specifications to the committee • Any other tasks as would be assigned by the line manager.

Other competencies and requirements: The candidate must demonstrate - Good communication and report writing, networking, persuasion, prospecting, research and closing skills. The candidate must be professional, motivated to drive sales, be able to conduct sales planning, identify tender opportunities and challenges, knowledgeable in the market and customer relations management.
