POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
Matric with relevant qualification in warehousing/stock/logistics/supply chain
Min 3 years experience in Warehouse and Logistics
Ability or willingness to use crane and forklift essential
Drivers License
Proficient in MSOffice and knowledge of SAP highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
DUTIES
Planning, coordinating and arranging of deliveries and collections
Ensure Dispatch area is very well organised
Comply with the company policies and procedures, work in a safe and healthy manner
Ensure Material Handling equipment is well maintained
Maintain and improve packaging standards
Comply with all logistics policies, procedures and instructions
Assist with queries regarding deliveries and collections
Maintain SAP data integrity
Comply with all SHEQ policies and report incidents and take action to prevent incidents
Perform administrative tasks
Track and monitor incoming and outgoing of goods
Provide logistical information where and when necessary
Supervise and guide driver staff
Ensuring company vehicles are in good condition and well maintained
Take action to ensure performance and quality objectives are achieved
Salary: R dependent on experience
