Temporary Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:

A well-established financial institution based in Durban is seeking a temporary Bookkeeper to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Maintaining cashbook
• Management of accounts payable
• Bank reconciliation
• Handling debtors and creditors
• Processing Month end journals entries and positing to relevant ledger accounts.
• Billing
• Vat & Vat reconciliation
• Intercompany invoicing
• Ensure all documents and accounts are kept up to date
• Trial Balances
• Handling petty cash
• General administration duties
