Temp position-ER Officer

SUMMARY:
One of the leading company that operates and maintains transportation systems is currently looking to hire ER Officer on a 6 months contracts with the following skills and experience:

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Degree/Adv Diploma in HR/Industrial relation or any tertiary qualification in labour law
• Sound knowledge of applicable labour legislation – LRA, BCEA, EE, COID, SDA
• 5 years’ experience which must include:
• Extensive experience in a complex union environment and union agreements
• Proven track record of formal and complex dispute resolution experience in Conciliation and Arbitrations and sound knowledge of CCMA rules and processes

This appointment is for 6 months and there are no plans to make it permanent. Salary will be negotiable depending on candidate’s experience.
