Are you available to take on a Conveyancing Secretary temp assignment in the Northern Suburbs where your responsiblity will be to manage transfers?
POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Min 4 year’s experience as a Converyancing Secretary
Experience in Litigation and Dictaphone typing will be highly advantageous
Experience working on the following packages: GhostConvey, Stordoc & DocExchange
Ability to speak and communicate well in English and Afrikaans
Ability to multi task and work in a deadline orientated business
Able to start within a one week period
DETAILS
Reporting to the Director
Drafting of transfer documents
Drafting and compiling of conveyancing documents for lodgement, registration and transfers
General office administration duties
Liaising with clients and attorneys
Liaising with the banks and deeds office
Typing of legal documents, letters, emails etc.
Dealing with client’s queries
Assisting within the team where required
