POSITION INFO:
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- To make outbound calls to potential clients
- Establish and maintain contact with new customers
- To educate potential customers on Metrofile product portfolios
- Maintain accurate client information in the customer database
- Source new business/ upsell in portfolios.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- B-qualification in Customer Service Management/Customer Relationship Marketing/ Sales/ Marketing Management.
- At least 3 years solid experience in an outbound call centre/retail sales environment.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must pay attention to detail.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have business acumen and be able to communicate at all levels.
- Must be highly computer literate.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, and the understanding of client engagement, needs analysis.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Target orientated and driven towards.(telephone calls, numbers and figures).
- Effective planning to achieve monthly, weekly and daily targets(Telephone calls).
