Our client in the FMCG sector, based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ an experienced Sales Coordinator. (Temp)

Requirements:

  • The position requires an individual with a tertiary Office Administration or Logistics qualification coupled with 2-5 years experience gained in a similar position.
  • Experience in FMCG environment and ERP Management System will be an advantage.
  • The successful candidate needs to be computer literate with experience in word processing, spreadsheets e.g., Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel as well as Navision.
  • The candidate will be based in PE Sales Office.
  • The candidate must have excellent administrative and time-management skills, the ability to communicate effectively and work independently.

 

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • The successful candidate will liaise with customers and internal departments regarding stock shortages vs orders, outstanding cash, and proof of payments.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for invoicing of orders, register and update PODs on a daily basis.
  • In addition, the incumbent will be involved in monthly/weekly stock counts as and when required.
