POSITION INFO:

Temp Sales & Marketing administrator (3 months)

One of our clients based at the Aiport Industria is looking for a Temp for three months to join their company

To support the Key Account Executives with administrative duties in sales & marketing . To execute data capturing and generate reports, transport bookings & shipping of exports (containers)

Duties

Issue picking list
Confirm stock readiness for shipments as per customer due dates
Transport shipping bookings with External Service Providers
Data Capturing of sales forecasts into Syspro database
Generate and issue reports

Requirements

Matric & 3 years experiences (post qualification or studying towards a qualification in administration management)
Minimum 3 years experiences in clerical or internal sales
Experiences working in an automotive Industry will be ideal
Computer literate ( Syspro, MS office , any related database management system)
Strong administrative skills
High level assertiveness and accuracy (numerical skills), negotiation and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Confidential and professionalism
