Temp Receptionist (Half day)

SUMMARY:

A leading logistics company that specializes in domestic and international freight solutions, is looking for a young, dynamic receptionist to join their team on a short-term contract until 23rd December 2021.  Please note: This is a half day position from 8am to 1pm.

POSITION INFO:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Welcome and greet guests and clients
• Answering of the switchboard and handling of all inbound calls
• Read and respond to emails in a professional manner
• Assisting with office administration to management teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2years’ experience in a similar role
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Own reliable Car and driver’s license
• Computer Literate – MS Office
