SUMMARY:
The Property & Lease Administrator will be responsible for administration with regards to a portfolio of properties.

POSITION INFO:

Managing leases for high volume properties

Excellent communication skills - written & verbal

Data collection and management

Requirements:

Code 08 Drivers'' licence
Previous experience in property management or real estate
Solid understanding of Government & local regulations and compliance
