Temp Procurement Administrator, R13 000 p/m, Durban, 6 months contract

SUMMARY:
Procurement Administrator with Public sector experience

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a state-owned entity with operations in Durban, and they seek the services of a Procurement Administrator on a temporary basis.

This is an agency appointment.

Responsibilities:

• Make bid invitations and send to prospective bidders or otherwise place the respective advertisements
• Making bid evaluations
• Shortlisting of responsive bidders
• Post-tender negotiations
• Taking minutes at tender / bid meetings
• Drafting and sending out of award letters
• Drafting of SLAs and arranging meetings between the successful bidder and the contract manager for sign off.
• Updating of contract registers and the related spreadsheets

Job requirements:

• An administration diploma
• 1 year experience in SCM

Salary:

R13 000 per month
