Temp HR Officer (MEIBC – Construction/Engineering) – Isando

SUMMARY:
To provide a full HR/IR function within a large International  Construction Company

POSITION INFO:
Contract 3 – 6 months
Must be available immediately.
Must come from construction/ engineering environment and have MEIBC experience.
Minimum HR Diploma with a BCom HR preferred.
Minimum 5 years working as an HR/IR Officer in a construction/engineering company.
Strong HR/IR experience dealing with contract staff and MEIBC Bargaining Council
Payroll experience specifically Sage300 MEIBC experience is a plus to sort out pay queries and adjustments as and when required.
Site HR/IR experience essential as will be dealing with employees on construction sites.
Must have a valid driver’s license and can travel when necessary to sites with a pool vehicle provided and stay overnight on various sites throughout South Africa.
Excellent written and verbal English , professional and mature.
