Responsibilities include: Creation of requisitions, orders and match of order to invoice on Syspro Capturing of invoices and match to goods receipt Checking for and following up on variances Investigation and clearing queries on accounts Resolve supplier queries Prepare paperwork for creditors and ad-hoc payments General ad-hoc finance tasks Requirements: 3 – 5 years’ creditors experience Excel

POSITION INFO:

Creation of requisitions, orders and match of order to invoice on Syspro

Capturing of invoices and match to goods receipt

Checking for and following up on variances

Investigation and clearing queries on accounts

Resolve Supplier queries

Prepare paperwork for Creditors and ad-hoc payments

General ad-hoc finance tasks

REQUIREMENTS

3 - 5 years Creditors experience

Excellent organistational skills

excellent cusotmer relations and communication skills

Able to use own initiative, work under pressure and prioritise work

Strong Excel skills

Computer literacy: experience with Syspro financial system would be advantageous
