JOB DESCRIPTION:

Telesales Supervisor/Team Leader (JB1865)
Braamfontein
R10 000 – R12 000 per month plus commission

To effectively coach, supervise and coordinate the daily sales activities of the sales team in order to achieve and exceed set sales targets for the campus

Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant qualification with Sales and Marketing advantageous
Min 3 years working experience in similar role is required
MS office proficient

Duties and responsibilities:
Monitor and motivate direct reports in order to reach agreed sales targets
Deliver excellent customer service
Carry out accurate and efficient sales related administration
Display and apply extensive product knowledge
Display accurate and efficient use of ICAS, Bitrix and DAS systems
Sales revenue vs Target
Monitor and report on daily sales activities
Allocate individual revenue targets to consultants and monitor performance against targets
Pursue, assist and monitor sales by consultants for new and previous customers
Monitor account adjustments for course deferrals, transfers and cancellations
Monitor achievement of targeted figures against breakeven numbers
Implement new sales initiatives including show days, corporate presentations, and clinically targeted customer bases, based on product relevance
Deliver excellent customer service
Implement questionnaire for CSS in conjunction with consultants to monitor the level of customer satisfaction with sales processes
Keep record of results of questionnaires collected
Develop complaint/query log in conjunction with consultants and monitor the resolution and response to these queries
Keep record of complaints/queries logged
Resolve student enrolment queries promptly, accurately and efficiently
Call customers to ensure sales process is handled effectively
Check that follow up information has been sent out
Ensure that follow up has been done
Sales administration and reporting
Monitor and allocate daily sales leads to agents
Daily review of leads activity for all sales consultants
Ensure all sales application forms are correctly completed
Record daily new intake student numbers
Report on number of calls made and queries taken
Implement tracking system to ensure completed applications are registered timeously
Ensure regular communication to students that have pending registrations
Update daily sales dashboards for management information
Send sales reports to distance sales managers within the agreed deadlines
Analyse all sales reports
Management of sales consultants
Provide leadership and direction to direct reports
Manage performance of sales consultants to ensure performance objectives are met
Performance management of staff and implementing disciplinary actions in line with HR policies and procedures
Identify and manage training needs of sales consultants
Product knowledge and system usage
