POSITION INFO:

SA’s #1 Property Investment Company, is looking for a Booking Consultant to join their team in Cape Town.

 

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least 2 years of experience in a telesales role
• Between the age of 21 and 28
• Make 100 – 120 calls per day
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette
• Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Be professional
• Experience in the property industry beneficial

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calling our clients/incoming leads on Pipedrive
• Following up on client queries
• Make 100 – 120 calls per day
• Book consultations for Strategists
