Reputable corporate that falls part of the insurance sector urgently seeks to employ 10 Telesales Consultants in the Umhlanga area.
The role of the Telesales Consultant is to introduce the company’s product and turn an interest in a product into a commitment to purchase it. To interact with potential clients and close sales with clients. Be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets across various products and campaigns.
Sales
· Conduct outbound calls to market products
· Sell product to a wide range of clients using a wide variety of products
· To achieve set objectives and targets
· Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
· Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality
· Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
· Attention to detail
· Maintain and develop professional selling skills
Quality Assurance
· Achieve accuracy on quality
Active Time / Dial Time
· Achieve minimum 5 hrs talk time
Sales Conversions
· Ensure the respective sales to leads conversion set is achieved.
Reporting
· Daily report for sales achieved.
Other Requirements
· Criminal and Credit Check Clear
· Must have proven track record within outbound telesales environment (Previous payslips will be requested)
· Reliable transport
FAIS and RE is a requirement based on the DOFA (Date of First Appointment)
