SUMMARY:
An opportunity for a Telesales Consultant is available in the Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 5 years telesales / internal sales experience (able to provide a track record of success)
• Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Speak and write English formally and professionally
• Ability to communicate and work closely with Staff and Management  
• Willing to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgency
• Valid driver’s license with own vehicle (Essential)

• Source new leads daily
• Build new client database
• Maintain client base as well as provide recruitment services to sustain client database
• Contact existing clients and work according to a daily target
• Set up appointments with clients for Business Development Executives and Managers
• Ensure sufficient specification to reach set targets and clients have a need for the full recruitment solutions
