SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a dynamic Telesales Consultant to join their team

POSITION INFO:

• Cold Calling - 60 Calls a day
• Time management & planning essential
• Make appointments – 5 Solid meetings a day
• Product knowledge
• Keep in contact with potential clients
• Be Presentable
• Provide the Sales Administrator with daily stats of calls and meetings
• To build repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customer wants and needs.
• When calls do not lead to an immediate sale, consultant needs to arrange a follow-up call on an agreed date.Create your own base, to contact potential customers and inform them about a product or services and follow through up on the further steps of the sales process.
• Answers questions about products or the company.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go Extra Mile to meet the customers need.
• Keep records of calls and meetings on an excel spreadsheet- please use worksheet provided.
