POSITION INFO:

Job Position: Telesales Clerk

Ref: 3632

Location: Port Elizabeth
Salary: R8500 per month

3 month contract to permanent – benefits added when permanent

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Matric
• Minimum of 6 months reception experience
• Experience with preparing and issuing quotations
• Minimum of 1 years telesales experience

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Work with the marketing team to establish telesales campaigns for promoting the product offers to present to potential customers
• Identify opportunities for sales and effectively present the key features and advantages of the company to secure new business
• Develop a prospective customer contact
• Take daily orders from clients and load onto the computer system
• Prepare quotations for clients as and when required
• Follow up with clients and maintain follow up procedures correctly with minimal supervision
• Keep and maintain records of daily telesales activities
• Aim to reach to predetermined targets and promote specials
