POSITION INFO:

A pharmaceutical company in Parow is looking for a Telesales clerk with 3-5 years experience in a similar field

Must have matric

Good telephone etiquette

Applicants must have retail experience

Duties includes:

• Receive faxed, telephonic customer and / or Rep orders and capture / load these onto the system with absolute accuracy and ensure that orders are processed in time for delivery
• Keep back orders where so advised or instructed
• Maximize sales with bulk offers, generics or alternative products where requested product is Out of Stock
• Work with Procurement and the Head Office Marketing team to sell telesales campaigns for Alpha and Suppliers
• Build and maintain customer relationships through identifying customer needs and delivering expected anticipated service levels
• Prepare quotations for clients as and when required
• Follow up with clients and maintain follow up procedures correctly with minimal supervision
• Keep and maintain records of daily telesales activities
• Aim to reach predetermined targets and also promotes specials
• Seek out new ideas to generate sales opportunities to meet company targets by upselling and cross selling products
• Keep abreast of Alpha Pharm products and new products in the market through continuous learning
• Coordinate and Process Buy-Outs and special Orders for customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R8,000.00 to R9,000.00 /month
