Qualifications / Requirements:
Our client is looking for competent Telesales Agents for their Telesales team, with the following essential experience:
• One month temporary contract, with possibility of going permanent - Work performance will be based on sale targets reached
• Matric / Grade 12 essential – copy of certificate to be sent with application
• Minimum of 1 year telesales experience with excellent cold calling skills
• Computer literacy – MS Word, Excel skills and Outlook knowledge / experience
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to deal with customers in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner (telephonically and via email)
• Able to maximise sales potential from inbound and outbound calls (upselling and cross-selling)
• Prospecting new clients / generating leads
• Follow prepared sales scripts or guidelines during customer interaction
• Handle objections from clients and customers and deal with rejection
• Follow up on scheduled appointments
• Processing sales and updating customer information on internal systems
• Concluding agreements with customers
• Ensure targets are met and communicate to management with regards to positioning targets at regular intervals
