POSITION INFO:

Our client based in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Telesales Agent.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Computer literate - proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook, experience in other programs related to sales and order processing
• Minimum of 1-year experience in sales
• Well organised with strong administrative skills
• Willing to work under pressure with high call targets
• Team player, highly motivated, strong interpersonal skills
• Well-spoken with a good telephone manner in 2 or more official South African languages
• Clear credit and Criminal History.
• Clear disciplinary record

• Telephone Sales and Aftersales Service
• Customer Service and Marketing
• Order Processing and Administration
• Customer Data Maintenance
• Sales target achievement
• Order processing
• Processing of credit notes
• Resolving customer queries
• Offer focus products and specials on every call
