Our Cape Town based client is a market leader in the property industry.  They are looking for ambitious, hardworking young people with a property related qualification to assist agents in finding and booking auction related appointments.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:
  • Cold call clients (leads) and book meetings for agents
  • Deliver scripted sales pitch to customers
  • Handle customer objections and queries
  • Obtain customer details and information
  • Follow up on customers on initial interaction
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1 – 2 years’ telemarketing experience
  • Knowledge of property
  • Good communication skills
  • Persuasiveness
  • Stress tolerance
  • Self-motivated
  • Negotiation skills
