SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to install, repair and service Ctrack units and other company approved products

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

To ensure that all client bookings are attended to within the agreed upon time slot.
To establish rapport with the client and so working towards client satisfaction. To conduct all pre and post inspections in line with department/branch requirements.
To ensure compliance to the relevant legislation such as Health and Safety Act and Workmen's compensation Act at all times.
To ensure compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and all Company Policies and Procedure

Requirements:

Grade 11/Standard 9
Minimum 1 years relevant experience
Minimum 1 year experience as Technician in Tracking industry
Valid Drivers' License
Autotronics or Auto Electrical Qualification or Experience would be an advantage
