Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on filling and downstream equipment.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve production and maintenance targets.
- Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency through proactive fault-finding and problem-solving.
- Support operational requirements by working shifts and overtime when necessary.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Job Requirements: - Qualified Millwright or Electrician (essential).
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in maintenance within FMCG or related industries.
- Strong technical expertise in:
- Hydraulics
- Electrics
- Pneumatics
- Mechanics
- PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- Proven ability to maintain and repair filling and packing equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and deliver sustainable solutions.
