SUMMARY:
As a Technician you will be expected to do onsite installation, manufacture, service and repair equipment, assist field maintenance technicians remotely and perform maintenance of vehicle Onboard Equipment (OBE), including IP CCTV devices, data network devices and other IP endpoints.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

I don’t think technicians would do too well in the army. I mean, they’d have troubleshooting.

Brief Description:

Our client is looking for a passionate, self-motivated and level-headed Technician to join and lead technician team. The ability to work well under pressure, to work independently and be flexible is paramount. If this sounds like something that excites you, take the opportunity to apply.

Skills & Experience:

A certification in Electronics or Engineering

Minimum 2+ years experience in data networking or the IT environment

Minimum 1+ years in IP CCTV environment

Minimum 1+ years in vehicle Onboard Equipment (OBE) installation and maintenance

Must have at least a Code B licence

Able and willing to work late or overnight shifts

Advantageous:

PSIRA certified

Willing and able to work as part of a team or unsupervised

Able bodied to work in a physically challenging environment
