SUMMARY:
Our Client in the IT Fleet and Telematics Industry is seeking a Technical Writer to be Based in Fourways

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

A relevant Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience working on technical documentation from within the technology industry
Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums
Familiarity with API documentation for REST or. NET APIs
Exposure to documentation publishing software (MadCap, RoboHelp, Wiki-based)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand highly technical information
Experience working in an IT company, preferably a SaaS company
Experience in prioritizing and understanding the lifecycle of documentation from pre-release through on-going maintenance
Strong technical aptitude–ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multi-task
Experience creating infographics to more clearly communicate workflow processes and abstract topics
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from engineering, support, and product management
Experience in presenting technical information in a live setting, such as classroom training, presentations, or video conference.
