SUMMARY:
A well-established company based on the East Rand is looking for a Technical / Workshop Manager

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Education: Matric plus Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (non-negotiable)

Minimum Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory role

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Workshop

Achieve workshop targets
Co-ordinate correct stock levels
Implement modifications

Finance

Manage and co-ordinate warranties process
Manage and co-ordinate quotations
Develop and implement budgets

Staff Management

Manage individual performance
Recruitment
Training and development

Customer Focus

Provide customer service
Resolve queries

Quality and HSE

Achieve quality targets and standards
Implement quality initiatives
Health and Safety
