Technical Training Facilitator and Content Developer

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• CompTIA - Essential
• Core: A+, Server+, Network+
• Infrastructure: Cloud+, Server+
• Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices Qualifications: (Seta Accredited)
• 2-3 years experience as a Training Facilitator in a technical role, with predominantly customer-facing training interventions. Within the contact center industry or related technology field. - Essential
• A background in IT support, Support Desk or Implementation engineer – Advantageous
• Learning Management System Management Experience – Advantageous
• Direct implementation or support experience with Contact Centre Software/IP-PABX - Advantageous
