Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Trainer with expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) in Food Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA and experience in developing and delivering training programs for employees in the food manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop training programs and course materials for quality assurance in food manufacturing.
Deliver training sessions to employees using a variety of training techniques and tools, such as e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and webinars.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills.
Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to food quality assurance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a TECHNICAL TRAINER
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to food quality assurance.
Experience developing and delivering training programs for employees in the food manufacturing industry.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
