Are you passionate about motorcycles and driven to share your technical expertise? We are seeking a Technical Trainer (Motorcycles) to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class technical training to dealership staff, technicians, and service teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to maintain and repair motorcycles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and deliver technical training programs for motorcycles.

• Provide hands-on practical training, classroom sessions, and assessments.

• Support dealerships with technical expertise and guidance.

• Stay up to date with the latest motorcycle technologies, diagnostics, and repair methods.

• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain training materials, manuals, and technical resources.

Requirements:

• Qualified motorcycle technician with proven technical expertise.

• Strong background in motorcycle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.

• Previous experience in training or mentoring technicians (advantageous).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel when required.

• Passion for motorcycles and delivering exceptional training experiences.
